Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Valid Texas Teacher's Certificate in Special Education EC-12 and a content area preferred but not required
- Alternative Certification Program applicants must have passed content exam(s) to be eligible for employment

The District contributes $370/month to the cost of employee only health insurance, which is $145/month greater than the state required amount of $225/month
Assignment 10 Duty Months
Salary:
- $56,200 for Beginning teacher with "0" years experience (2020-2021 Compensation Plan)
- $1,000 Master's Degree addenda
- Additional $1,000 Doctorate Degree addenda
Pay Grade: Certified Instructional, 10 Duty Months
